July 23. Losing tail, changing color.
July 25. Tail is gone. Living on land! Bright green. About 1 inch long. This is the most amazing transformation I've ever seen. I captured it as a tiny tadpole in a marsh, and kept it in an aquarium, feeding it boiled lettuce for about a month before it transformed.
